Returns

Due to the nature of our product, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened and unused.

• Items must be returned in original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note it may take a few extra days for your bank to process it.
